Re-Tender Notice

Tender for running of college canteen.

Sealed tenders affixed with revenue stamps of Rs. 6/- are invited from the reputed agencies / Contractors for running of Canteen for the period of 6 months in first instance. The detailed tender document can be obtained from the office of the u/s against the cash payment of Rs. 100/(non refundable) on any working day with effect from 13-06-2016 to 25-06-2016 during office hours. The same can also be downloaded from the website of the Institution. In case of downloaded tender it should be accompanied by the cost in the form of DD favoring Principal, Govt.Polytechnic for Women, Jammu.The tender document duly completed in all respect should reach in this office on or before 25-06-2016 up to 11.00AM which shall be opened on the same day at 1.00 PM sharp in the presence of the tenderers who may like to be present at the time of opening of tenders. The tender should be accompanied with a CDR of Rs. 5000/- of any scheduled National Bank pledged in the name of Principal Govt. polytechnic for Women Jammu without which no tender shall be enteftained The undersigned reserve the right to accept or reject any tender or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof..

Tender for running of Hostel Mess
   

Tender Notice

Tender for running of college canteen.

Sealed tenders affixed with Five rupees stamps are invited from experienced / registered agencies having past experience for running of College Canteen in Govt. Polytechnic for Women Jammu for the period of Six months in first instance. The tenders should reach office of the undersigned by 27-02-2015 up to 4.00 pm along with Bank Draft of Rs.5000/= in favour of Principal Govt. Polytechnic for Women Jammu. The bank draft of the unsuccessful tenderer shall be returned. It shall be kept as security deposit which will be refundable after the completion of successful contract period. No tender will be entertained /accepted without the bank draft
The tender will be executed on contractual basis for a period of 6 months in the first instance.
The tender document/list of items/terms and conditions shall be available against cash payment of Rs. 100/- from the office of the undersigned on any working day with effect from 10 -02-2015 to 27-02-2015 up to 4.00 pm or may be downloaded from the website of the institution and a draft of Rs 100/ may be submitted for the same along with the tender document. The rates should be quoted against the menu shown in the tender document obtained from the office with covering letter and seal and signature of the bidder.

The successful tenderers should attach a certificate of good moral character and experience certificate from the head of the Institution /department /office where he has worked previously with the tender.
The tender will be opened on 28-02-2015 at 2.00 pm in presence of the tenderers who may like to be present on the occasion. It would, however, be appreciated if all the tenderers remain present on the occasion.

The undersigned reserve the right to accept or reject any tender or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
