Say No to Plastic

Plastic is an environmental hazard and polythene bags are polluting land, water and air because they are non-biodegradable.  The NSS unit of Government Polytechnic for Women, Jammu c onsidering their undue responsibility towards protecting the environment, organised an online activity  "SAY NO TO PLASTIC, AS PLASTIC IS NOT SO FANTASTIC" on 4th of July 2021 to educate the general public and to promote the use of paper bags.  Hand-made paper bags were made by participants.  It was a wonderful effort taken by Ms. Bhavana Arora (NSS Program Officer) under the guidance & supervision of Ms. Neelanjana Manwati (Principal Govt Polytechnic for Women Jammu)
